Wilde Week
Elijah wants to learn!
Every day, Eijah comes to school full of energy. In a crowded classroom, beads of sweat run down his forehead. The din of seventh grade makes it hard to concentrate. Elijah is in sixth grade. The classroom where he learns English is overcrowded, because the 158 students in grades 6, 7, and 8 share two classrooms. Moreover, these two classrooms actually belong to the kindergarten classes! It's a tight squeeze, but Elijah doesn't give up; he wants to learn!
A roof for dreams: three classrooms for a flourishing school in Ghana
The primary school in Zaarantinga, Northern Ghana, wants you to know that it's a vibrant school that needs more classrooms to continue growing! Children like Elijah have the opportunity to build a better life here, and you can contribute by supporting us. The goal is to build three additional classrooms so the school can continue to thrive.
Doubling of proceeds during Wild Week
Wilde Ganzen is organizing Wilde Week from April 10-17, 2026. A national week of action with the theme: real impact is closer than you think .
During Wild Week (and throughout April), Wilde Ganzen will double every donation. This means that if the amount raised is €15,000, Wilde Ganzen will reach €30,000. This way, every donation becomes even more valuable, and together we can make a huge difference for the children at this vibrant school!
What actions are we going to take?
Fundraising
Anyone can donate via the Wilde Ganzen website: https://www.wildeweek.nl/project/eendakvoordromeninghana. We're hoping for donations from individuals, and collections will be held at various churches. We'll also be showing a presentation about the project's progress at these churches.
Drielse Kwat(ta)'s: Four flavours and delicious chocolate
We sell the well-known Drielse Kwats and Drielse Kwatta's:

If you'd like to order something, you can fill out the form here or email info@shareghana.nl. All items can be picked up in Kerkdriel or Schijndel in early April, and payment will be made at that time.
Ghanaian Items
We sell Ghanaian bracelets, fans, and baskets. The proceeds support local businesses and the construction of the school!

If you'd like to order something, you can fill out the form here or email shareghana@outlook.nl. Pickup will be possible starting April 1st in Kerkdriel, Schijndel, and Wageningen. Payment will only be processed at that time. Part of the proceeds will go to the businesses, and the rest will go towards the construction of the school.
